We are delighted to have been awarded the ‘Home of the Future’ title in The Daily Telegraph Homebuilding & Renovating Awards 2022, for our project Beacon Square.
Comments from the judges said that the design sets a precedent for lifetime homes. ‘With the entire build raised to address rising sea levels and a modern sea defence wall incorporated into its design, this coastal project sets a new standard in futureproofing our homes’.
The design was also commended for including the latest smart technologies including rainwater harvesting, solar panels with a linked power-wall, a ground source heat pump and triple glazing throughout. The home’s ability to evolve alongside its occupants is what caught the judge’s eye.
