The traditional design uses oak frame, brick, cedar cladding and clay tile to complement the vernacular of the area.
Working closely with the appointed landscape architect Taylor Tripp, based in Winchester, the layout was designed to provide inside out living on the ground floor, with further living accommodation at first floor to take advantage of the views overlooking the water.
