Fox’s Corner

We worked closely with the clients during a collaborative design process for the refurbishment, before submitting the planning application to Havant Borough Council, which was approved soon after.

The materials used were of the local vernacular and in response to the Northney and Tye – Village Design Statement, which give the finished project a minimalistic look with sleek, clean lines. This can be seen in the vertical timber cladding and dark grey window and door frames, with roof detailing to match. The design also features framed views over the garden, natural landscape to the rear of the property and towards the Northney Marina.
