Hambrook Grange

The detached house was run down and had also been the subject of several extensions and alterations that were out of keeping with the historic property. Our brief was to develop and refurbish the existing house to provide a modern, functioning home.

We received planning approval from Chichester District Council for the design proposals which included alterations to the internal configuration, replacement sash windows and a new traditional orangery which looks out across the garden.

The works fully renovated the property throughout, restoring many of the original period features.
